By participating, you'll receive a special value on a STAINMASTER® carpet and find an easy and pleasant shopping experience at a premiere STAINMASTER Flooring Centers®.
A current list of participating organizations and businesses is provided below. Click on your organization or business and complete the registration form to get your reward certificate and a list of participating STAINMASTER Flooring Centers® near you.

If your organization or business is not currently listed, you may nominate your organization or business for participation.
Please enter the name of the organization or business that you would like to nominate and the email address of a representative within the Human Resources department that we may contact to discuss participation in this program. Your name will be appreciated, but is not required.
